MSDE or MS SQL

For UCCX 5.0 Enhanced.

Knowing next to nothing about databases, can you tell me in what scenarios should MS SQL be installed instead of the default MSDE during the installation of UCCX?

Our Call center is only 7 agents and might grow to 15. We might upgrade at a later time to premium in order to do database dips (but as I understand that has to be dips from a seperate database)?

MSSQL is required for High Availability installation. For you will be OK.

MSSQL is mostly used in big deployments in which the DB size limitation and performace from MSDE would mean a constraint, for the amount of users you will have MSDE is just fine
