MWI doesnot Turn on for new voice mail

I called 8110 from 8111 and left the voice mail message.

"MWI" does not turns on 8110

However am able to hear the voice mail from 8110 by logging in with the message key   

Can somebody please help ..?

Below are the details.

"UL CSS" CONTAINS "IT PT"

 

Phone Extension:

8110 - IT PT

8111 - IT PT

 

VM Port

7801 - IT PT - UL CSS

7802 - IT PT - UL CSS

 

MWI

MWI ON  7701 - IT PT - UL CSS

MWI OFF 7702 - IT PT - UL CSS

 

VM PROFILE

8800 - UL CSS

 

HUNT PILOT

8800 - INTERNAL PT

 

Am able to call 7701 and 7702 from my phone and i can see the mwi turns on and turns off

 

On unity connection

 

Check telephony configuration page

No problems detected

 

Am able to login to the 8110 voice mail and and key in the pin and able to hear voice mail messages

Issue is resolved

 

Synchronize MWIs for a Phone System Integration

Step 1 In Cisco Unity Connection Administration, expand Telephony Integrations, and then click Phone System.

Step 2 On the Search Phone Systems page, click the name of the phone system for which you want to synchronize all MWIs.

Step 3 On the Phone System Basics page, under Message Waiting Indicators, click Run.
