We have a new installation for CCM4.1(3) and Unity 4.0(5).we have 2 Partitions :Phones_PT and Unity_PT and 2 CSS : Internal_CSS and NA_CSS . All the IP phones directories belong to Phones_PT and MWI ON and OFF belong to Unity_PT.Both Partitions Phones_PT and Unity_PT are added to Internal_CSS and NA_CSS.All the IP phones are having NA_CSS and MWI ON and OFF are associated to Internal_CSS.We have an issue with MWI. With this configuration MWI is not working properly , the light can not go ON or OFF even we can check the messages from the phones and we can dial the MWI ON and OFF from the phones and the light goes ON and OFF. If we change the Phones partition to None and keep the other entire configuration as it is, MWI works properly. Is there some one who has an idea why this is happening? Thanks.
