My CUCM 'S Phone security profile Problem

My CUCM 'S Phone security profile information as attachment, I can't change the device security mode type.

pls help me.

I have tried to copy the profile then change it, still can't change it.

I assume you are on a Unrestricted CUCM install then, that's the only other reason it would be greyed out.  That version of the .ISO, by nature will not let you set security.

Have you tried to copy that profile then change it?  That is a bit strange, mine is available to change by default.

Edit: It's an unrestricted copy isn't it?
