Name showing up on a 7841

Hi, I changed a user name in call manager and its still showing the other persons name on the phone. I've reset it remotely twice, had the user do a hard reset on the phone, had him plug it into a different port and it keeps coming back with the original persons name. I've triple checked all the fields in call manager and everything looks good. Any thoughts?

I don't know about the cluster. There are about 7 fields you have to change for the name and I believe the "Line Text Label" field is what shows the name on the phone itself. I ended up un associating the device, re associating the device and had him plug it back in and it worked... Gremlins I guess??!! lol

Is replication working OK in your cluster?
