I am trying to install Cisco Unified Contact Center Express/IP IVR:
1. Software Version is 5.0(2)
2. Server trying to use is Cisco MCS 7825-H1, 2 GIGS RAM, Dual 250GIG Hard Drives.
3. Windows Server 2003
I have loaded a standard version of Windows Server 2003. When we insert the DVD and run the setup for the Express/IP IVR it starts then it displays a message that states CISCO Equipemnt is needed to install.
Can anyone provide any insite on what is needed to install this version?
Any help would be appreciated.

Cisco ships a Windows 2003 image that should have been loaded instead of a standard Windows 2003 media. It is recommended that you locate this media and reinstall. This will save you alot of heart attack trying to match the configurations of the image.

We don't have the Cisco Windows 2003 image?
