Need help with 8821, register to SIP (ex Asterisk)

I need help with a wireless IPPhone 8821 to connect/register it to a cloud SIP server. The firmware on the phone is : cmterm-8821.11-0-5SR2-2

I let you my SEP[MAC].cnf.xml file en attachment.

Is the phone connected to the WiFi?
What QoS is the phone connected to?

I found my issue,

The transportLayerProtocol was set to 1, where some website tell it's for UDP but in fact UDP is 2. So after changing this value everything is working.

Hi, I got the 8821 working, but there is no hold or transfer.  Can someone explain how that works?   Thanks.
