Newbie Question. How to turn off voicemail ?

We have an office that wants to be able to leave greetings for callers but doesn't want the caller to be able to leave messages.

How do I do this?

Hi Brett,

No worries my friend, we all have alot to learn but

that's what makes CSC so great

There are a couple of ways to do this;

You can change the "After Greeting" action on the user Greeting page to either

Hang-up or Say Goodbye.

You can get the users to record their Alternate Greeting and then set the "Block Messages"

on the user greeting when Alternate Greeting is recorded.

I'll add my tuppence worths to Rob's reply:

You will want to eventually set up a call handler to do this for you, simply because a user vm box consumes a license and a call handler doesn't.
