my name is Teng from YMM a newly member of cisco community, I would like to ask some question regarding on my ongoing project using cisco IP hone, we have a devices Cisco router 2811 and Cisco 7960g series, we follow the instructions from packet tracer on how to configure these 2 IP hones however, the actual phone not getting dial tone and the extension number also shown.
I have some details for Ephone configuration
Actual router 2811

The Output : no dial tone and no extension number

the Output: working properly able to call and shown the extension number of the phone
