we have cucm 10.5.x and two remote branches over mpls.
one remote branch have no call issue..
another branch have no audio for some calls..but next call have audio..
pri and cucm are installed in head office..
i have attached logs of gateway for with audio and no audio calls..
can someone help me how can fix it?

Where is the other protocols? What is the whole call flow. We can see the isdn side is good but we need to see the internal negotiation.\
thanks for your support as now issue i resolved as i seen packet send/receive issue on IP Phone and it was for short period. when apply qos it is fixed..
