No Conference Calling

I have a situation where all the phones within a specific calling search space and device pool are unable to participate in conference calls.  This has ever been the case for this remote site.  The devices are configured to use the default Built in Bridge as are all the other remote sites, which all enjoy conference calling ability.  The router seems to be configured the same as the other remotes as well.  I am running CUCM 7.1.3 with 2821 gateways at the remote sites.  Anyone have a good idea on this one?  Thanks.

Added: Using G.729, but tried G.711 with the same results.

Hi,

Are you saying that conference call fails only in one device pool? If yes, could you try to member atleast three phones from a different/working DP (ex. HO) to the reported remote DP then test. Let us know the results.

What is the exact problem behavior when you press the conf softkey of the Phones in remote site? What is the status of the conference brdige in CUCM? Have you tried to check the MRGL assigned to that DP?
