I'm trying to set up the new Cius VPN, and don't appear to have an LSC on my device. My Ethernet MAC address is 00:22:bd:d6:92:d3 (Boulder Alpha, 720-562-6739). This phone was also added recently, so not sure if needs a profile as well or not.

If you're wondering how to get an LSC on a phone, if you're using CUCM 8.x the Cius will download an ITL file which contains the CAPF certificate, so that the phone can connect to the CUCM's CAPF service to download an LSC. All you would have to do on your device configuration page would be to set the CAPF operation to install/upgrade and reset the phone to get it to download an LSC. If you're not on CUCM 8.x you would need to make sure you have a CTL file on your TFTP (meaning you've run the CTL cient with the USB security tokens). That is how the phone will get the CAPF certificate to be able to get an LSC on versions of CUCM prior to 8.x.

Thanks for the info, but I'm on the Boulder alpha, so I'm unable to access the device config page for my Cius (or at least I don't know how to do so). It appeared that posting here was the way to get the operation you described performed for my device.
