I have a 2811 at another location where they are getting fast busy signals. in the past our engineer would enter a no mgcp/mgcp command to reset the gateway or something and it would correct the problem. he left the company and left instructions to do this if it happens again. Well it happend again but when i go into EN mode I get an invalid marker at no mGcp.
has this command changed or is there something that i am missing?
thank you,

No, that's the correct command, are you sure you're running MGCP on the router?
