No ringback tone when tranfer

Hi guys,

I am unable to get ringback tone when trynig to perform a blind transfer (offnet) ; pstn to pstn

i have a cucm 8.6 connected to a gateway through a sip trunk

both device and sip trunk have MRGL with annunciator

the strange part is that if i do the same usin cueac attendant console; the ringback tone is heard.

I am using the same css in both device and cti ports.

do you have “disable-early-media 180” under sip-ua in CUBE config?

could you please collect 'debug ccsip message & debug voice ccapi inout' for a test call and attach the relevant SIP configuration as well?
