Have a CME (4.1) system I'm setting up on a 2821XM with Unity Express CUE (3.1.1). GUI works great for setting up mailboxes, calls transfer to VM ok and get greeting on CFNA. The problem is that when a user tried to set up their voicemail they can hear all the instructions from the CUE and input DTMF to make menu selections but no audio is recorded (name, greeting, etc).
Need help asap, willing to pay someone to work remotely with me on this.

Please provide the config on your CME router, for the voicemail. Thanks

Please post back if you figure anything out. I'm having the same issue, but it's across a VPN. I get to a VM greeting and DTMF works, but i can't leave a message. I can dial the pilot number across the VPN and I go to configure a mailbox and I can navigate around the menus, but it acts like nothing is recorded when i record a greeting or name. Weird issue...

We just found the issue with the help of TAC.
In the Voice mail dial-peer section one command needed to be changed.
dtmf-relay sip-notify
needs to be
dtmf-relay rtp-nte
It fixed the problem for us.
