Non-Cisco Divert Cisco Problem

If we call forward all from a PBX phone to a Cisco Phone we get the following;

Calling from a PBX phone to the diverted PBX to Cisco phone succeeds.

Calling from a Cisco phone to the PBX phone which is call forwarded back to a Cisco phone fails and the annunciator tells the Cisco caller that the call cannot be completed as dialled.

We do not see the incoming diverted call coming back into our Cisco Voicegateway from the PBX connection. This connection is a DPNSS Hipath - Westell iQ2000 - Cisco 2821 Voice Services Router.

We have fully checked and confirmed the trunk-to-trunk allow tables on the Siemens HiPath PBX.

I checked the cause codes and found the following;

Orig: Call split. A call is terminated during a feature operation indicating why the call leg was terminated. This occurs on transfers when the call leg was split off and terminated.

Recv: Call split. A call is terminated during a feature operation indicating why the call leg was terminated. This occurs on transfers when the call leg was split off and terminated.

Regards Kim.
