Normalization Rules

Dear all,

Does anyone has any documentation on how I can create normalization rules for integration between Lync and Cisco Presence?? The document I found called "Configuring Cisco Unified Presence Release 8.5(2) with Microsoft Lync Server 2010 Standard Edition for Remote Call Control" is not too clear on the Microsoft side of things.
