Directory Handler allows you to spell the name of the person your are calling, is that what you are doing? You do not enter extension on Directory Handler, you can do that in a call handler.

You ALWAYS need to mention what products you're using (and versions) and not only the problem or what you're trying to do.
Do you mean the phone rings and then it doesn't go to if you were routed via a call handler??
Do you have CFNA/CFB configured??

Hi Java,
The versions of both unity connection and CUCM are 8.5.1.
The call is not moving to voice mail if we route the call via the call handler but the we are able to reach the voice mail if we directly call the ext.
Thx

Hi All,
Thanks for your support. My itself fixed this issue 3days back. sorry for the late post.
The problem was with the CSS and partitions. User's ext is configured as ip phone and analog port with different partitions. VMport's CSS was configured to frwd the all to analog port partition as a 1st priority and 2nd priority to ip phone if the call is coming from unity connection to cucm. Just changed the priority and it works.
