User wants to answer the audio call from the phone model 8865 and watch the video from the connected PC's desktop using the feature "Video through computer" which is available on the phone settings.
Still confused how can we see the video part, is it through Jabber phone or any other application which needs to be installed on user's PC.
We have already enabled below mentioned feature, still not able to transfer the video to the PC.
Select Settings > Video.
Select Video through computer.
Select On to enable the video.
We have
cucm ver 11.5 su4, Jabber is 12.1 and Window 7
We have already enabled Video calling under Jabber phone configuration(Product Specific Configuration Layout)
It is not working for all newly procured 100 phones(8865 model).
Could you please let us know what needs to configure more to get this active.
