Is it possible to delay the playback of a given voicemail box when transfering a caller into a voicemail box?
Using Call Manager version 7.1.5.31900-3 and Unity Connection version 7.1.5ES18.31900-18.
This is from user feedback when performing a blind transfer to any voicemail box.

Delay After Answer ____ Milliseconds | Enter the wait time, in milliseconds, after a call is connected to Cisco Unity Connection and before Connection plays a greeting. Default setting: 0 milliseconds. |

Java,
Thanks for the post. Just tested a few numbers (in milliseconds) with this option and seems to do the trick. I will pass additional testing to the end users work with them for the best number for our port groups. I appreciate the info and the quick response.
thanks,
james
