Not outgoing calls with Microsoft Teams Direct Routing with Cisco 4331

Hi,

I have a problem with Microsoft Teams Direct Routing.

I have a cube cisco 4331 as SBC on premises , but when  I try to make calls to PSTN  I can´t.

I receive calls from PSTN without problems.

I have this messages in the logs (cube):

SIP/2.0 488 Not Acceptable Media 

Warning: 399 "SRTP Offer/Answer not acceptable.RTP configured on dialpeer"

I have a class codec with G711 and G729

The connection is very simple:

MST(internet)--(sip tk)----SBC---(sip tk)----PSTN

I follow this guide "Direct Routing for Microsoft Phone System with Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE)"

Anny idea?

The dial peer used for the outbound call leg is configured for RTP, whereas your service provider seems to expect that it would be SRTP.
