Hello all, I just had a user call in an issue where an outside line to their group will ring once then pause 15-20 seconds before continuing to ring. This is causing people to hang up as they think the call dropped. I am far from a CUCM expert having inherited the role but was unable to find anything obvious to my inexperienced eye. Essentially I went for the axe and deleted everything I could find in relation to the number then created a new Line Group, Hunt List and Hunt Pilot for this group (just four extensions) and yet the issue persists. Any suggestions?

This behaviour is observed for just the Hunt group or for all external calls ?

Just this hunt group and the only thing (that I can find) the external number points to is the hunt pilot. As mentioned I deleted/removed everything I could find related to the number and created a new line group, hunt list and hunt pilot. The behavior still persists.
