OID's for Monitoring all Cisco server components.

Hi,

can anyone tell me which MIB will provide all OID's for monitoring cisco server CPU, memory, etc. Cisco-CCM-MIB is not giving all infos. also i was looking for router based information so if someone can confirm the MIB for voice gateways.
