I have a client with an H323 gateway. They recently began having some issue with audio and unchecking "Media Termination Point Required" in CUCM on the gateway's page fixed that issue. BUT, after that they were no longer able to successfully transfer calls. All external calls for the site go in/out a set of POTS lines on an FXO card, so all calls are between an FXO port and a local phone. When someone calls in, the port PLARs it to the front desk extension. Once the receptionist determines who they need to speak with, she hits the transfer button and the user is successfully placed on hold. Once she's dialed the extension to which she is transferring the call and hits TRANSFER again, the call is disconnected. I think something is missing from the gateway config, but I'm not sure what. Below is a sanitized copy of the gatway config. The CUCM is 6.x.

Hello,
Under voice service voip, I think you may like to try adding
supplementary-service h450.12
