One Agent in Multiple Queue in IPCC express

Hi,

I have a scenario where a particular agent is in 2 queue. Is it possible for the user or the supervisor to choose which queue he can log in or both the queue.

Yes, the supervisor can. They log into the AppAdmin web page, and manage the skills of the Agent, effectively managing the Agent's Queue membership.

E.g., Supervisor lowers the skill for Support to a 1, and the CSQ for Support has a minimum Competency of 2.  This will "turn off" Support for that Agent.
