One of the department's IP phone can't get IP address

Hello!

I created 4 department which consist of IP phones and many PC.s and and 1 server part. After writing CLI of switches and routers, only 3 departments' IP phones were given IP address, the other one weren't given. Also, none of PC.s were given any IP address or DNS server address.

It's my first time creating any project in cisco. Please, help me to solve the problem.

I solved PC.s problem. But IP phones' issue still remains

Is the switch-port config the same for every port where an IP phone is conncted?
Have you configured the correct VLAN as the voice vlan?
