One way audio issue

Hi All,

There is a one way audio issue while making the PSTN call , can any one help me out on how to troubleshoot on this issue?

You need to describe your call flow and topology.

99.9% of the time one way audio is caused by IP routing issue, so make sure your network routing is correct across the board.

If you are using SIP then make sure interface bindings on your CUBE/GW are configured properly as well.
