I am using Cisco Operations Manager 2.0. I have configured the cluster of call manager 4.0 in Operations Manager. when ever i monitor the IP Phones It doesn't show the Complete IP Phones in this cluster. I have 250 IP phones in my Call Manager and Operation Manager shows only 100 IP phone. I have the license of 1000 IP phones. can any body help me in this regard.

Hi Usman,
You can try the following before opening up a TAC case on the issue.
1) Restart the snmp service in windows on all the CCM 4.0 nodes
2) Delete and readd the CCM 4.0 servers in CUOM
3) If the above still does not cause all the phones to show then please open a TAC case so that we can further debug issue to see if the issue lies in CUOM or CCM.

I have restarted the SNMP services lot of times also i have to add and remobe the call managers more time but but not found the required result.
