I have an IAD with 4 FX0 ports. The outbound call comes in via SIP and should go out any avail FX0 Ports. The caller hears like if someone picks up the phone and dead air for a few seconds then the call starts ringing on the called party's phone. When the called party hangs up the caller's phone starts ringing busy on their soft phone. Any idea what is causing this delay?
These FX0 ports are used for both incoming and outgoing traffic. Inbound works fine call comes in and gets transferred to ext 5433. The issue is outbound traffic.
