Here's a tricky one:
The config is a CME 4.1.
I have a senior's home that a resident has the extension 3682 (call him Bob). I have another resident (call her Sally) that wants to call a PSTN number 368-25## (call this person Fred). As soon as Sally calls Fred, she gets Bob due to the fact that Bob's DN (3682) is part of the E.164 number.
My question: Why is this? I have the inter-digit timeout set to 4 seconds. Shouldn't it wait before connecting the call?
Is there any way around this?
Note that the residents don't want to have to do a dial prefix (i.e. .9). They are elderly, and it confuses them to have to dial a prefix (they keep saying "we didn't have to before).
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Dave
