I have created role based access control group for our helpdesk personnel in CUCM. They can perform various tasks as defined in the roles. However, they cannot disassociate a phone from the DN. I would like them to be able to disassociate a phone from shared directory number but unable to do so as there are no control buttons such as Save, Delete, Reset. Can anyone tell me what specific role does one need in order to be able to do so?
