Does anyone have an idea why a user that placed their personal communicator in "away" status
now can't come out of "away" status and into "available" status? Nothing has changed that I know of, and all other users are functioning properly.

I know a trick to try and correct the problem though I can't say what caused it. You can go to the license capabilities assignment in call manager, remove the CUP and CUPC enabled options from the one user, save it, then enable them for CUP and CUPC again. This should clear out the stuck state the user is in.

That worked - thank you! I thought I had done that, but that must have been for another user having login problems with their CUPC...
