Personal Speed Dial - IP Phone 7941

Hi all,

We use Cisco IP Phone 7941 in office, and was wondering how to allow users to add speed dials to their phones?

I can see from the Directories menu on the phone that there are 2 options for speed dials, one is Local Speed Dial, and the other is Personal Speed Dial. However, when I select either of them, I get only two options:

- Update

- Exit

Update doesn't do anything, it only shows the word "Requesting.." which THEN disappears in less than a second.

Can someone please advice what is easiest method of creating speed dials?

They can use CCMUser so they can manage their speed dials
