Phone configuring IP

I have a phone constantly configuring ip, the por its ok, no issued with dhcp, i have tried different port, cable, i had tried the phone in a different switch and everything its ok, the mac doesnt appear in the switch throug cdp, and the show power inline shows this :

Fa2/0/11  auto   on         15.4    Ieee PD             3     15.4

I had seen different issues wiht Ieee PD, i tried

shut / no shut

disabling poe and enabling it again

reconfiguring the port

plugging and unplugging the phone

Any suggestion about why this is happening and the solution?

actually the swithc mas no working fine, was not recognicing anything throug CDP, so was powering the phone as an Ieee PD, after reseting the switch everything went fine
