Phone / DN / User provisioning tool

Just got asked to pass the basics over to the Service Desk... as I described, provisioning a phone, a DN, attaching a user, with a vm mailbox.

Sure, I can give them permissions to Manager... but I thought I'd read about a provisioning tool that was designed to expressly do the above, and nothing more.

A quick search leads me to believe that this isn't a Cisco product.  Or is there one?  Windows based?

You're probably thinking about Cisco Prime Provisioning, and that's a linux based server, no Windows. You can find a lot of info on the product on CCO, you add your servers and then the process will provision all the services you need/want for the user without going into every server.
