I have an issue where 2 phones logged in with the same extension mobility profile automatically go off hook and call themselves. The profiles only have 1 line so the line is calling itself. Has anyone experienced this and discovered a resolution? I cannot find anyhing in the bug toolkit.
UCM version: 6.1.2.1000.13
IP Phone: 7975G w/ firmware 8-3-5S

are they using CTI controlled?
Are they shared lines?
How often they do it?
can u replicate and upload cucm detailed traces

Yes, the issue is related to our shared lines and OCS integration. We have a CUPS 6.0.3 and OCS integration to accomplish click to call and presence. However, the MOC client upon sign in causes the phone to call itself.
We have an attorney/secretary setup with 2 shared lines which works but when we put in a 3rd shared line the issue starts happening. At least for the integration guide for CUCM 6.0.1/CUPS 6.0.1/OCS 2007 this is a documented issue. If someone has a workaround please let me know.
