Hello,
I have an issue where the client wants all extensions to to supress their DID number. ie.. not display the office phone numbers on the receivers handset. Using CCM 7 with a 2811 as gateway with BRI's. Can anyone give me a pointer as to where I should start looking to suppress the Caller ID outbound.
Thanks
David

Hi David,
You should be able to suppres outgoing Caller ID via "clid restrict" command under your POTS dialpeers
Cheers,
Boris
