Hello.. currently i have been running into one issue. I have CCME to which my ephones are registered. But i dont know what happening beacuse this time phones are not getting registered. Every time i have to do "no create cnf-file" and "create cnf-file" to make phone register when any new phone come for register. pls help.

As far as I remember anytime you add new phone/update anything you need to issue the command creat cnf files to generate the relevant xml files. It's normal behavior.

But if you mean after running the command you still have issues you can run the following debugs:
debug tftp events

debug ephone register

To check where your phones are getting stuck.

No Terry, i have CME in another location and there i dont need to do create & no create cnf file for any new phone to get registered. There could be some issue which i am not aware.

It's good practice to do this when you run into issues regardless.  Try deleting the ITL file if there is one still on the security section of the phone if it is just cycling over and over.

Brandom.. you mean to say creating cnf file everytime when new phone need to get registered is expected behaviour & there is no issue with CME?

Phone is not getting recycled again & again, i only see error "loading fle failed" on phone.

Also ITL file if there any,need to be deleted on phone?
