I have this case, I have 2 systems, one with CCM 5.1.3g,which will be migrated to new system cucm 8.5.1(SU1). I have restored the data of the 5.1 CCM to the new 8.5 system, when I connect an IP Phone e.x 7942 to the new system the phone is registered and I can loin to the EM service successfully, but after that when I connect the same phone to the CCM 5.1 again, I can't assess the EM service "Host Not Found " error msg display on the phone.
The locale version(both user and network) on the 2 systems ar different, it is newer on the CUCM 8.5 system, the phone has the same load file on both systems.
I updated the Phone URL by removing the Secure URL of EM service, also I remove the secure URL from the phone service also.
but the same issue still appear.
any idea ?
