Phone View - Host Not Found error

No sure if this is the right place to post this, but here I go... 

 

I in the process of configuring Phone View, my current environment is CUCM 11.5 and Unity Connection 11.5.  I've already created the Application User Account for Phone View use and associated the specific Cisco IP Phones that I want to have the Phone View feature.  I then went over to CUC and on the PhoneSystem enabled the Phone View feature and used the CTI Username/Password that I created on CUCM.  Then I when to the specific User Accounts on CUC and enabled Phone View under the Phone Menu option on the specific user accounts.

Everything by the Cisco doc.  But when I press the Message button on my phone or Dial CUC directly, I connect to CUC and I'm asked by the Operator to enter my PIN number and wants CUC verifies my PIN number for my voicemail, CUC tells me how many voicemails I have and then states... Searching.

 

It's when I hear the CUC Operator stating that its 'Searching' for voicemails, is when I get the error "Host Not Found."

I'm trying this on a Cisco 7821 IP Phone, which displays the 'Host Not Found' error and on a Cisco 8865 IP Phone, but it just has an open call to CUC and the errors out.

 

The weird thing is that it works sometimes on the 8865 and then it doesn't and it worked on the 7821 once and never again... just the 'Host Not Found' error.

 

Any help on this will be very appreciative...
