phones becoming unregistered | h323, fxo

we have h323 gateway with fxo lines . there is a problem now . while transferring calls and being on pstn calls phones are becoming unregistered and the call disconnect . this issue is not in place when making internal calls . please suggest .when I checked debug I could see disconnect cause code=41.

above link doesn't help me well . we are not facing any issues while on internal calls .the issue is in branch office . at main office we do not have any issue like this .only for pstn calls and sometimes when we try to transfer calls the call gets disconnected and phone goes in unregistered mode .maximum calls are getting disconnected after 52 seconds . please suggest if any idea.
