Phones don't assume changes

I need help with a problem, occuring more or less since our last CM Upgrade from 5.2 to 6.1.2

Phones(7961, 7911) don't assume changes like locale changes and new added expansion modules(7914).

The Phones are resetting normally but afterwards the locale is still the same(although the callmanager configuration shows the new language) and f.e. a new added expansion module 7914 doesn't works(lights are all red although every needed change in the cm config has been maken).

Who knows something about that?

Hi...I know a little bit about this. Make sure that besides the profile being updated with the 7914 module that you update the phone configuration also with a 7914 module.

Also, I found that restarting the TFTP server helps.
