Phones not register CME

Hi

I have new router 2921, with IOS 15.2(4)M, CME 9.1, phones 7821 and 7941 but no phones can register, plz need your help?

when i try #debug tftp event, show to me "Looking for.." repeated

I didnt notice the its directory, it should have the files, just configure tftp server on router to serve the files.

as i checked online cme version 9.1 not support 7821phone , so i go to download cme version 10.0

Unified Communications Manager Express Complete Support File Set->CME 10.0 file set 
cme-153-3Mv2.rar

After i installed this file and extract show me following files:-

-CME 9.1.0 GUI  [folder]

-IP_Phones [folder]

-7970-71-75-Background-readme-v1.txt

-7970-71-75-backgroundsv1.tar

-cme-b-acd-3.0.0.2.zip

-cme-tsp-2.2.0.5.zip

-cucme-mlpp.tar

-music-on-hold.au

-ringtones.tar

Should i import all of tar file by archive command and another extension by copy tftp command

Yes its correct for 78XX phones you need at least CME version 10. To upgrade CME you would first need to upgrade your IOS version to the below:

Once IOS version is upgraded, Then you install the phone firmware files.

Then you should be able to register the phone.

Following url mention 7821 Requires IOS 15.4(1)T,

but when access 2921 router to download ios 15.4(1)T show me ios that above IOS 15.4(1)T,

15.5.1T

15.4.3M2

15.4.2T2

Which one is right?

It appears better to use 15.4.3MX as its later release and may have updates/new features etc.

Can you add the following if you havent already:

tftp-server flash:sip78xx.10-1-1SR1-4.loads

tftp-server flash:rootfs78xx.10-1-1SR1-4.sbn
tftp-server flash:sboot78xx.10-1-1SR1-4.sbn

and all other files in flash for 78xx.

Also below:

voice register global
 mode  cme

 load 7821 sip78xx.10-1-1SR1-4

no create profile

create profile

Then try and let me know, how you go. If you are still having issues, attach a sh run and the same debug tftp eve output.
