Hi, Can I category the call like if call related to (general question, complain, receive shipment..etc), is it possible to like category let' say by agent on fineese and reflect on report if yes plz share how i can do in best way
HiI am getting in report of uccx call reject and when search for a reason i found because [Trigger Max Session, Trigger Failed, Setup Timeout]. can you please help me how i can troubleshoot these three issue
HelloTraffic Analysis Report it show to me Total Incoming Calls 300, but when i see call presented report show 225 calls, why the number not matched what's different between two valuesalso when i show "called number summary activity report" show 1090...
Is it possible to get report for calls in daily interval, let say I need weekly report clarity to me in this week per day how many total calls received?I can see interval per 30 or 60 minutes 
I need to get report for one month include number of calls per agent and call period per agent this is need to be per 10minute for one month, how I can get this kind of report from uccx per 10minuter over a month
