Please i am implementing IPT express solution. I am searching for a detailed document for planing CCME dial plan. Would be grateful for any help asap.

i guess you mean NANP, there is no specific doc but there is plenty of info on the web

North American Numbering Plan

simply create usual patterns, 7, 10, 11 digit dialing, international calls, 911, etc
