Play greeting before hairpinning call

Hello, looking for ideas for the quickest way(call flow time wise) to receive a call, play a quick greeting and hairpin call out to an external number.  Currently utilizing Unity system call handler(takes a bit too long, caller hears silence for a bit).  Unfortunately, translation patterns on CUCM does not have the option to add a greeting.  CUCM 11.5.1  Thanks!

Probably a custom TCL script to play the greeting and transfer the call would be the quickest option.

Thanks.  Not familiar with the scripting.  Will look into.
