But this Dial-peer voice 9 voip is for 8XXX not only 8888 ... if there is any exact issue we can trace it , but this is a general counter that cannot give if there is an issue with the 8888 number

your destination pattern of 8... is correct for 8XXX range, what happens if you dial anything in the 8... range apart from 8888 can you do a debug dial peer and see if it hits dial peer 9. also what is connected to that dial peer? cucm?
