Hello lovely people at the Cisco Support Community,
Thank you so so much in advance for your help on my issue.
I have a Cisco 7975-G Phone and I am trying to get Nextiva VOIP for my phone.
The guy said he cannot activate my phone unless if he can do these things:
He needs to log in with a SIP username
Domain
And password / authentication name
He said call him back when I find out how to do that. Is this possible to do?
If so can you please tell me the steps I have to take as I really need this phone up and running for my business!
Thank you kindly!

Did you tell him the phone is a Cisco 7975? Because if he knew it was, he would NOT be able to simply "log in" to the phone.
The only way to configure the phone is to upload the configuration file to the phone using DHCP Option 150.

I did Leo. and hes like no VOIP company doesn't work with your phone 7975-G it is so "outdated"
What do you think I should do Leo, do you recommend another VOIP company?

I would.
I have 7940,7960 & 7970 configured at home (for home use). My VSP don't care what phone I use but they sure did help me troubleshoot initial configuration.

They don't know how to configure the phone.
