We recently implemented one polycom RealPresence Group 500 (Release - 6.1.1-370109 ). We have an requirement to register this with our cisco call manager (11.5 ). I tried to register as by adding new Third-party Sip Device (Advanced) option but unfortunately it is not registering. We already using this polycom for H.323 calls (not with cisco call manager )
Requesting to explain how can i get this registered in my call manager. ? Is it required for any type of license in both side for this. ?
