i registered Polycom soundpoint 331 & two X-lite's with CUCM 8.0 using SIP protocol. i am able to cal from X-lite to polycom but unable to call from polycom to X-lite. two X-late's are communicating properly. there is proper communication between X-lite & polycom. no firewalls. pls find the attached configuration done at cucm & polycom. why polycom unable to call X-lite. getting dail tone on polycom, when i press number no responce from polycom.
